摘 要:大班额在我国中小学校已经成为一种普遍现象。大班额学习现状主要表现为:大班额学习利弊兼存,学生看法不一;学生学习满意度较高,学习进展较为顺利;小组学习渐成常态,学生合作意识较强;内部学习动机比较明显,课堂学习自觉性较高。但也存在一些问题:教学环境欠佳,课堂学习干扰大;班级规模大,教师个别辅导受限;学生自主学习能力示弱,主动参与意识淡漠;教学方法单一,学生学习兴趣不高。改进大班额教学的对策有:优化教学环境,创设良好的学习氛围;构建学习共同体,开发差异资源;改进教学手段,实现教学方法的多样化;加强学生自主学习能力的培养。Large classe learning has already become a common phenomenon in China. The situations of learning in such classes are that the pros and cons coexist in learning in large class , and students hold different views towards it. Some students are highly satisfied and learning processes go on smoothly. Group work has gradually become the norm and students have strong sense of cooperation. Inner learning motives are obvious and students are more self - conscious. However, there also exist some problems : teaching environment is not so good with great in- terference in class learning; it's limited for teachers to guide individually on a large class scale; students show weakness in self - learning and indifference in active participation. Besides students are not very interested in learning since teaching method in class is single. The to improve teaching effects in big classes over a fixed number are described as follows: Optimize teaching and learning environment and make good atmosphere for students learning. Establish learning communities and different resources should be developed. Improve teaching approaches and diversify teaching methods. Furthermore, enhance the cultivation of self - learning capacity.
