摘 要:当前农村小学课堂教学有效性存在着价值追求空位与价值追求误认的显著问题,这些问题的存在主要受教师的价值判断、学校管理者对教育的理解与定位、现实差距与未来的不确定性等因素的影响。农村小学应当确立自身明确的课堂教学有效性价值追求:一方面,将为学生进入城市生活做准备和培养满足未来农业现代化需求的新一代农民作为宏观的价值追求;另一方面,将提供给学生与时代接轨的准确而丰富的知识、促生学生的学习动机与兴趣、增强学生自信心与主体意识作为微观的价值追求。The value pursuit absence and misunderstanding are prominent problems of teaching effectiveness in classroom in rural primary schools.The existence of those problems is affected by teachers' value judgment,the understanding and location about education of the school administrators,the gaps in real-life and uncertainty of the future.So it is important for rural primary schools to establish their specific value pursuit of teaching effectiveness in classroom.On one hand,the teaching effectiveness should take both the preparation for students to live in city later and cultivating new farmers who can adapt to the agriculture modernization to be macroscopic value pursuit.On the other hand,it should regard providing accurate and abundant knowledge to students,promoting students' motivation and interest of study,heightening the self-confidence and consciousness of main-body as microcosmic value pursuit.
