摘  要:在分析职业教育师资培养模式和市场需求情况的基础上,根据机械设计制造及其自动化专业特点,突出职教教师教育教学研究能力和数控技师素质培养两条主线,构建由职技高师、企业、中职学校三方共同承担任务的职教师资培养模式。其课程体系由基础理论课程模块、专业理论课程模块、职业师范课程模块、基础实践模块、专业实践模块、数控技师素质实践模块和教学研究能力训练模块组成,并设置了基础技能实训、专业技能实训、职业教师技能实训、科技创新大赛四大实训环节,同时在运行管理、教学资源配置和制度建设上给予支持和保障。Based upon analysis on the training model of vocational education teachers and market demands, according to the characteristics of the mechanical design & manufacturing and its automation specialty, the three-dimensional vocation- al education teacher training model participated by vocational and technical teachers' college, enterprise and secondary vo- cational schools was built. Its curriculum system includes basic theory module, specialty theory module, vocational and technical teachers' module, basic practice module, specialty practice module, numerical control technician quality practice module and teaching research abilities module, which also set up four practice training steps including basic skills train- ing, specialty skills training, vocational education teachers skills training and scientific innovation competition training. Fur- thermore, the support and assurance were strengthened in the aspects of operational management, teaching resources collo- cation and systematic construction.
