摘 要:为了探讨网络使用对青少年心理发展的影响,通过采用问卷调查法探讨某省320名青少年网络使用影响觉知与自我效能、乐观态度与心理弹性的关系。结果发现:青少年从网络使用中获得的知识经验显著地预测他们的自我效能;青少年从网络使用中获得的调节能力显著地预测他们的乐观态度;青少年从网络使用中获得的正性情绪与调节能力可以显著地预测他们的心理弹性。青少年心理发展的积极品质,如自尊与自信、道德与亲社会行为、心理弹性与意志可以在网络空间内培养。信息时代青少年的积极心理品质应该突破现实空间的限制,充分体现鲜明的信息时代特点。In order to probe into the influence of internet use on the psychological development of teenagers, we have adopted the questionnaire survey to probe into how internet use affects the relationship between awareness and self-effectiveness, positive attitude and mental elasticity by 320 teenagers in one province. The results showed that the knowledge and experience of the teenagers gained from the internet use could notably predict their self-effectiveness ; the regulation skills of teenagers gained from the internet use could notably predict their positive attitude; the positive affect and regulation skills of teenagers gained from the internet use could notably predict their mental elasticity. The positive quality of the teenagers' mental development such as self-esteem and confidence, morality and pro-social behavior, mental elasticity and willpower can be cultivated in the internet space. The positive mental quality of the teenagers in the information era should break through the limitation of the realistic space and fully reflect the distinct characteristic of the information era.
