摘  要:以构建主义为视角对快乐体育教学思想的实质进行归纳与梳理,挖掘相互之间的内在联系,并结合当代大学生的发展特点,提出在体育教学中,体育教师应不断改进和创造新的体育教育教学方式与方法,从学生的情感层面入手,将快乐体育教学思想引入到高校体育教学中,使学生能够从内心接受体育教学内容,形成终身体育的锻炼习惯。In this paper, through a lot of reading literature material, to construct the socialist perspective to happy sports teaching ideas were collected and the essence of the comb, mining the inner relationship between each other, and the combination of contemporary college students, and puts forward the development characteristics in physical education teaching, physical education teachers should constantly improve and create new physical education teaching mode and method, students from the emotional aspect of the happy sports teaching idea is introduced into the university sports teaching, so that the students can from the heart to accept physical education teaching content, in order to enhance students' physical quality, sets up the lifelong sports exercise habits.
