摘　　要：本文从多元文化与历史的视角辨析了教育信息化这一概念的内涵及其发展,认为:教育信息化应被视为一项社会系统工程;它在研究中面临着理想和现实之间的强烈反差;我们必须从社会历史文化的视角出发整体把握教育信息化的宏观价值和意义,并以赛博基础设施建设为契机,推进教育信息化的纵深发展。In this article, the authors explore the concept of information technology （IT） in education from the per- spective of diverse culture and history, and argue that IT in education should be considered a practice of social system engineering. The great gap between the research and practice in IT in education forces us to build a systemic under- standing of this concept from an alternative perspective of social and cultural tradition. IT in education is rooted in this perspective and can help with the further development of cyber infrastructure.
