摘  要:在单因素实验的基础上,以提取时间、提取温度、料液比为自变量,原花青素得率为响应值,运用Box-Be-hnhen试验设计,采用响应面分析法对石榴皮原花青素的醇提条件进行优化。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:时间64.905 min,温度58.623℃,料液比1∶20.086。在此条件下,原花青素的得率达1.62%;含原花青素的醇提取物具有很强的还原力和较好螯合金属离子的能力。The optimized extraction conditions for proanthocyanidins from pomegranate peel were determined by using response surface analysis. Ratio of raw material, extraction temperature, extraction time were taken as independent variables and yield of proanthocyanidins was taken as response value based on single factor experiment. Results showed that the optimal conditions of methanol extraction technology were as follows:time was 64. 905 min, temperature was 58. 623 ℃, ratio of raw material to solvent was 1 20.086. Under this condition, the yield of proanthocyanidins was 1.62%. The product which contain proanthocyanidins showed strong reductive potential and moderate chelating ability on ferrous ions.
