摘  要:焊缝的三维测量是焊接过程自动化领域的关键技术之一。为了能够还原焊缝表面的轮廓并计算其各项参数,本文提出了一种基于激光视觉的焊缝表面非接触式测量系统,重点介绍了光学成像系统的设计、检测系统参数标定方法以及结构光光条图像的处理过程,最终得到了较为理想的焊缝轮廓曲线,并结合标定结果对焊缝的参数进行了计算。实验证明,整个检测系统具有较高的检测精度和稳定性。The three-dimensional measurement of weld seam is one of the key technologies in the field of the welding automation process. In order to restore the contour of the weld surface and calculate its parameters, a non-contact measurement system for weld surface was proposed based on laser vision, focusing on optical imaging system design, parameter calibration of the detection system, as well as image processing of structured light strip, and ultimately the ideal contour curve can be gotten. Combined with the calibration results, the weld seam parameters were calculated. The experiments prove that the whole detection system has high detection accuracy and stability.
