摘　　要：邰爽秋是我国近现代著名的教育家之一,他的教育管理思想十分丰富:重视实验和研究一体化,重视教育的经济功能开发和后备人才的培养,重视教育与社会的紧密联系,强调教材的实用化通俗化。这些做法,符合当时中国社会经济文化教育发展的实际状况,体现了现代教育发展趋势,具有重要的借鉴意义和参考价值。Tai Shuangqiu is one of the famous educators in China＇s modern history.In terms of organization management,he emphasized such issues as：the integration of experiment and research;the economic function of education and the training of talents;the close connection between school and society;and the easy access to textbooks and other teaching materials.There is still something significant in Tai＇s theory for the education reform and development in today＇s China.
