摘  要:针对独立学院的学生特点及高等数学课程教学效果的现状,提出应用一种新的教学模式———分层教学,即改变传统的班级授课制,根据学生水平和能力的不同组成不同层次的教学班,通过对每一层次开展有针对性的教学活动,以达到全体学生全面发展的教学目标。同时,对分层教学过程中应如何科学合理地划分教学层次和认真细致地安排教学过程给出了详细具体的操作步骤,使之具有更强的操作性,并指出了分层教学实践中可能存在的一些问题。According to the features of students in the independent college and the situation of teaching effects of Higher Mathematics, this paper puts forward a new teaching mode "stratifica- tion teaching", which changes the traditional teaching pattern by dividing a traditional class into different levels of classes according to the student's level and ability. Through the pertinent teach- ing activities in each level, the teaching goal of the all-round development of students is supposed to realize. This paper points out some problems existing in the stratified teaching process and dis- sertates in detail the scientific and reasonable division of the teaching levels and careful arrange- ment of the corresponding teaching process so as to prove its much higher practicability and oper- ability.
