摘  要:农民工随迁子女公办校面临随迁子女教育起点低、家庭教育缺位、硬件设施与师资相对薄弱等教育质量困境。城市教育的发展能为农民工子女公办校提高教育质量提供有利条件,城市户籍学生数量的回落与教育投入的增加可提供有利的资源保障,城市义务教育阶段均衡发展的推进可创造良好的发展机遇,升学问题的破解可激发学生的学习动力等。为此,地方政府应提供系统性的政策支持;随迁子女公办校应激发学校的发展活力,探索有效的家校合作策略等。There are lots of problems about the education quality of public school for peasant workers' children in urban areas such as lower starting point of education, lacking family education, unadvanced school hardware facilities, and relatively poor teaching faculties. However, the development of the urban education also offers such schools some favorable conditions for their education quality improvement, such as guaranteed educational resources due to the reduction in the number of city stu- dents and the increased investment in education; good opportunity for development created by the promotion of balanced de- velopment of compulsory education; elevation of students' learning motivation stimulated by the solution of the dilemma of en- tering higher school. In order to enhance the education quality of these schools, local governments should provide systematic policy support and schools themselves should stimulate the development vitality and explore effective strategy for home-school cooperation.
