摘　　要：目的了解四川省区域内市售婴幼儿食品中阪崎肠杆菌污染状况,为食品安全预警和预防食源性疾病提供科学依据。方法在四川省区域内采集婴幼儿食品,进行阪崎肠杆菌检测,并对检出菌株运用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)对进行分子分型,以BioNumerics V5.10软件UPGMA方法进行聚类分析。结果在四川省10个市州共采集94份婴幼儿食品样品,检出13株阪崎肠杆菌,通过PFGE分型,共得到10个带型。结论监测结果表明四川省内市售婴幼儿食品中存在一定的阪崎肠杆菌污染,应进一步加大监测力度。Objective To investigate the contamination situation of Enterobacter sakazakii in the infant food in Sichuan province,and to provide scientific basis for food security pre-warning as well as the prevention of food-borne disease.Methods Random samples were collected from infant foods in Sichuan province for Enterobacter sakazakii detection,and the positive strains were analyzed with the Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoreses method（PFGE）,after which the patterns were analyzed with BioNumerics5.10 software.Results Totally 13 strains of Enterobacter sakazakii were detected from 94 infant food samples,and 10 PFGE patterns were ascertained with restriction endonucleases.Conclusion Contamination of Enterobacter sakazakii in infant food in Sichuan province is ascertained;further pertinent surveillance work on infant food should be strengthened.
