摘　　要：本文考虑具有临界位势和临界权函数的四维非线性重调和问题,证明非平凡解的存在性.In this paper,it is established the existence of nontrivial solution for biharmonic problem with critical potential and weight in dimension 4： {Δ2u=[μ×u/（｜x｜4ln2｜R/x｜）]＋λV（x）u＋f（x,u）,x∈Ω, u=u/ν=0,x∈Ω, where ΩR4 is a bounded domain including the origin,R0 is a constant,μ0 is a real parameter,ν is the unit outer normal vector on Ω.
