摘　　要：介绍了甲醛的危害,对国家行业标准SC/T 3025-2006水产品中甲醛的测定中的两种定量测定方法——分光光度法和高效液相色谱法进行了研究比较,指出了这两种方法的优点与不足。Endangerment of formaldehyde was introduced. Two quantitative examination methods in the industry standard SC/T3025-2006 for formaldehyde content in aquatic products were compared, which were spectrophotometry and HPLC method. By comparing and studying, advantages and disadvantages of these two methods were pointed out.
