摘　　要：以美国百森商学院创业教育课程为例，从创业教育课程内容、创业教育课程模式、创业教育课程实践、创业教育课程师资力量等几方面进行分析，通过借鉴其先进经验，得出对我国创业教育课程设计与完善的相关启示。Based on the Entrepreneurship education course of Babson school of business as an example, this essay performs an analysis from the content, pattern, and the practice of the Entrepreneurship education course, as well as the teacher resources of the Entrepreneurship education course, etc. It tries to get some beneficial enlightenment from it, hopes to make some contribution to the development of our Entrepreneurship education.
