摘　　要：社会助学是自学考试作为一种教育形式的支撑,它包含了多方面的管理主体。正是由于社会助学的多头管理和考试机构助学管理的缺位造成了"助学变异"现象,影响了自学考试教育的质量和发展。本文将从考试机构的角度,探讨自学考试社会助学的变革和新的工作机制。Social assistance is a form of educational support of self - taught examination. It is the multiple management of social-assistance and management loss of examination institution that cause the phenomenon of ＂social-assistance variation＂, and influence the quality and development of self-taught examination. This paper, from the perspective of examination mechanism, discusses the reform and new working mechanism of social-assistance of self-taught examination.
