摘　　要：引进了局部 α-对角占优矩阵的概念 ,得到了非奇 H矩阵与 M-矩阵的等价表征和判定准则 ,推广和改进了文 [1～In this paper, we introduce the concept of locally α diagonally dominant matrices, and obtain some representations and criteria of nonsingular H matrices and M matrices. These results generalize and improve corresponding results of [1～3].
