Software Measurement Model for Middle and High Frequency Vertical Wheel-Rail Force Based on Axle Box Vertical Acceleration

摘  要:利用谱方法和相干函数分析轴箱垂向加速度与轮轨垂向力的频率特性。根据轴箱垂向加速度与轮轨垂向力在波形上具有相似性的特点,采用H1传递函数估计方法和傅立叶变换及傅立叶逆变换,导出轴箱垂向加速度与中高频轮轨垂向力关联的传递函数,建立用于预测中高频轮轨垂向力的软测量模型,并根据相干系数确定了轮轨垂向力软测量模型的适用频率范围为55~90Hz。利用实测的轴箱垂向加速度和轮轨垂向力数据对轮轨垂向力软测量模型进行验证的结果表明,基于轴箱垂向加速度的中高频轮轨垂向力软测量模型具有较高的预测精度,而且简单实用,为诊断和控制轮轨垂向力大值提供了新的分析手段。The frequency characteristics of axle box vertical acceleration and vertical wheel-rail force were analyzed by the method of power spectral density and coherence function.According to the similarity in waveform between axle box vertical acceleration and vertical wheel-rail force,we derived the transfer function correlative with axle box vertical acceleration and middle high vertical wheel-rail force by adopting H1 method,Fast Fourier Transform(FFT) and Inverse Fast Fourier Transform(IFFT).We proposed the software measurement model for predicting middle and high frequency vertical wheel-rail force.By means of coherence coefficient,we ascertained the application scope of the software measurement model as 55~90 Hz.The software measurement model was validated with the actual measurement data of axle box vertical acceleration and vertical wheel-rail force.The results show that the software measurement model for middle and high frequency vertical wheel-rail force based on axle box vertical acceleration has higher prediction accuracy and is simple and practical.The software measurement model provides a new way for diagnosing and controlling the large value of vertical wheel-rail force.
