摘　　要：针对当前高职院校班级建设的现状．在社会主义核心价值观的指导下，依据学生当前思想状况及学校责任理念的育人环境，按照班级建设的目标，遵照高职学生的思想教育规律，最大限度地发挥社会主义核心价值观在高职班级建设中的指导作用，特别是注意将学校的责任文化建设体系融入班级建设的各项工作中。协同有序，科学合理地建立起相对系统完善的班级责任文化，将学生培养成有责任的“金牌员工”。In view of the current situation of class construction in vocational colleges in the guid- ance of core values of socialism, based on the students＂ current ideological status and school, educating environment, in accordance with the class construction goal, in accordance with the ideological education of vocational college students, the greatest degree of the socialist core values guiding role in the construction of higher vocational classes, especially pay attention to the work of the school re- sponsibility system into the construction of the class culture construction, coordinated and orderly, scientific and reasonable to establish a relatively perfect system of class, culture, to cultivate the re- sponsibility of the ＂gold staff＂.
