摘　　要：从高职院校的培养目标、任务特点、学生的基础等方面分析了当前高职院校学生素质教育中存在的问题,面对竞争日益激烈的人才市场不仅要求高职毕业生具有高水平的专业技能、还要求具备较高的人文素质和良好的职业素养。因此,高职院校必须转变观念、加强人文素质教育,从特别重视技术、技能的培养,转变为技术、技能和人文素质培养并重的新型培养模式,培养出符合时代需求的高技能、高素质的新型人才,以满足市场需求。According to the educational object, task characteristics, and background of the students, the practical problems of the vocational - college - education were analyzed. In order to meet the needs of an increasingly competitive work in society, the students not only required excellent professional skills, but also required outstanding human accomplishments and good professionalism. Therefore, the education ideas must keep up with times for the high vocational colleges and strengthen humanistic quality education. Technologies, skills, as well as human qualities should be cultured together to meet the needs of the market.
