医学检验专业开设医院感染学课程的实践与探讨

摘　　要：课程的建设和改革都是在不断的教学实践中进行的,同时也是衡量学校办学水平和教学质量的重要指标,是不断完善人才培养方案的主要途径。根据长沙医学院医学检验专业开设医院感染课程三年来的一些实践经验,本文从教材的采用、教学内容、教学方法、考核形式及课程评价等方面进行探讨,发现问题并提出解决问题的方案,使学生在学好本专业基础的同时,掌握与医院感染学相关的基本理论和方法,成为与临床密切结合的高素质的医学检验人才。Course construction and reform are proceed constantly in the teaching practice,which are also the important index of measuring school level and the quality of teaching,and the main way of perfected talent training plan continuously.According to the practical experience of nosocomiology subject set up in the clinical laboratory major within the past three years,this paper explored from several aspects,such as textbooks adoption,teaching content,teaching methods,assessment forms and course evaluation,etc,in order to discover problems and propose solutions.Consequently,on the basis of learning professional knowledge,students will master some ba-sic theory and methods connected with the nosocomiology course at the same time,and finally become the medical talents with high quality,closely integrated with clinical experience.
