摘 要:采用微波消解啤酒花样品,运用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP—AES)同时测定K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Al、Cu、Mn、Zn、Ba、Cr、Cd等矿物元素的含量。进行测定方法分析线、精密度和回收率等实验,建立了啤酒花中多种元素的微波消解-ICP-AEW方法。该方法的精密度小于6%,加标回收试验79.22%~109.26%。在此基础上,还对马可波罗、札一、青岛大花3种啤酒花进行多元素测定,对测定结果进行统计处理,结果显示啤酒花是一种富含矿物元素的植物。而不同种类、不同地域的啤酒花中所含元素有显著性差异。A method based on microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry was established for simultaneous determination of eleven mineral elements (K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Al, Cu, Mn, Zn, Ba, Cr, Cd) in Marco Polo, SA-1 and Tsingdao flower. The working curves, recovery rates and relative standard deviations (RSD) were investigated and the method was available to hops. The RSD were less than 6% and recovery rates were 79.22%-109.26%. On the basis of the method, the paper study on 11 mineral elements in 3 hops species. The results showed that the hops were rich in mineral elements and different species of hops and different species of region had different content to the same elements.
