摘　　要：本文详细介绍了微机械静电伺服加速度计的系统工作原理、结构和线路设计特点 ,并对其封装样品作了简要的叙述。给出了用于± 4g,线性度小于 2 % ,分辨率低于 5× 1 0 - 3g的微加速度计实验结果。This paper gives the operation principle,the structure and the circuit system designs of the micromachined electrostatic servo accelerometer,and briefly describes its packaged sample.Experimental results of microaccelerometer for low g measurement are also presented with the resolution of 5×10 -3 g ,the linearity of 2%FS,and the sensing range of ±4 g .
