摘　　要：知识型图书馆员是图书馆业务的骨干群体,如何管好、用好这一群体应成为图书馆领导者的重要课题。文章总结了知识型馆员群体的个性特征,提出了知识型馆员的管理方式,以期做到知人善用,实现对知识型图书馆员的和谐管理,让这一群体能够充分发挥才干和创造力,从而推动图书馆事业向前发展。Knowledge type librarians are the backbone groups in the library and information industry. How tomanage and use these knowledge type librarians has become a most important topic Ior cmei noranan~. of this article makes a summary of the features of the librarians, and advances some new management modes for the knowledge type librarians and how to implement the harmonious management of the knowledge type librarians, so as to achieve the harmonious management of the knowledge type librarians： appropriating the characters and capability of them, bringing their talents and creativity into full play, and promoting the development of the library cause.
