摘  要:本文依据帕尔默教育理念,致力于关注国际汉语教师的内心世界。试图从国际汉语教师海外教学事例中探寻如何驱动教师内心力量,进而引导教师专业成长。主张从国际汉语教师专业的独特性看待教师内心关怀的必要性,理解汉语国际教师标准对于教师专业发展的意义,进一步完善教师专业标准文本,营造教师精神家园,引导国际汉语教师向成为拥有心灵智慧的内心强大的领导型教师方向发展。Based on Pamler Education Concept, this article focuses on the inner world of international Chinese teachers. Con- sidering their overseas teaching cases, the article tries to explore the approaches of arousing teachers' inner strength and guiding their professional development. On the basis of international Chinese teachers' professional peculiarities, it insists on the neces- sity of concerning teachers' inner care, and understanding the significance of international Chinese teacher standard on teachers' professional development. It is proposed to further improve teachers' professional standard text, to build spiritual home for them, and to guide them along the way to leadership featured by spiritual wisdom and powerful inner world.
