摘  要:基于以吉林工程技术师范学院为主体,以众多中职学校和企业为成员单位的"校企校"职教教师教育联盟,构建"校企校"职教师资培训模式。该培训模式构建的核心要素是:建立由多方成员共同参与的专家咨询委员会,开发由职业教育理论、职教专业教学方法、专业知识与技能训练、企业生产实践、教师专业教学能力与职业发展等内容组成的培训课程体系,组建由多方人员共同构建的优秀培训团队,建立培训管理过程监管制度。On the basis of the school-enterprise-school vocational school teachers’education alliance with the body of Ji lin Teachers’College of Engineering and Technology and the members of secondary vocational schools and enterprises,the school-enterprise-school cultivation mode for vocational education teachers was established.The core factors of the cultivation mode construction contain establishing expert advisory committee participated by many members,developing the cultivation course system which consists of vocational education theory,vocational education professional teaching methodol ogy,professional knowledge and skill training,enterprise production practice,teachers’professional teaching abilities and vocational development,building the excellent training team jointly established by many people and establishing the moni toring system for training management process.
