摘 要:尽管技术在幼儿教育领域拥有广泛应用前景,技术工具具备了帮助儿童学习和促进教师教学的潜力,但是在技术与课堂教学的有效整合方面一线教师仍然需要面对许多挑战,技术的应用还没有真正融入幼儿教师的专业发展进程。因此,基于技术整合的幼儿教师专业发展路径成为数字时代幼儿教师面对技术挑战和教育变革的重要策略之一。了解指导基于技术整合的幼儿教师专业发展的理论基础和明确其基本要素组成,详细论述基于技术整合的幼儿教师专业发展的主要路径,深刻反思和应对基于技术整合的幼儿教师专业发展所面临的挑战,是十分有必要的。Although technology has wide apphcation prospect in the field of early childhood education ,technology tools have potential to help children learn and promote teaching,but teachers still need to face many challenges in effective technology integrating into classroom teaching,technology apphcation has not really been hung together with early childhood teachers' professional development. Therefore,early childhood teacher professional development route based on technology integration has become one of the most important strategies that early childhood teachers face technical challenges and education renovations in the digital era. Understanding fundamental theory that guided early childhood teacher professional development route based on technology integration and recognize the basic elements, and then discussing main route of early childhood teacher professional development based on technology integration in details,reflecting and solving the challenges that early childhood teacher professional development faces are very necessary.
