关于学校管理民主化的几点思考

摘　　要：学校管理民主化是指学校管理者充分发扬民主 ,调动校内外一切力量的积极性、主动性和创造性 ,并使之参与管理的过程。学校领导者的民主精神是实行学校管理民主化的根本 ;重视人人参与管理是实行学校管理民主化的基础 ;营造民主、公平的管理氛围是实行学校管理民主化的关键 ;School democratic management refers to that school leaders develop democracy fully to bring the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of all forces both at school and out of school into play and make them participate in school management,it is the main trend of the development of modern school management. One school must achieve the following four aspects if he wants to put democratic management into practice really. Firstly,training the democratic spirit of school leaders. Secondly,attaching importance to everyones participating in management. Thirdly,constructing the democratic and just administrative atmosphere. Finally,perfecting the democratic supervision system.
