摘　　要：目前,我国职教集团发展有很好的政策支持,较为丰富的办学实践基础,可资借鉴的发展模式和案例以及强劲的内生动力。但基本理论建设滞后,组织管理难以归口,成员企业的需要不能得到满足,是职教集团发展面临的主要问题。职教集团可持续发展的创新机制主要有项目引领机制、公平竞争机制和决策信息收集机制。At present, the development of vocational education group gets excellent police support, the richer school-running practice foundation, the development models and cases for reference and the strong endogenous power. Meanwhile, its development is confronted with some problems： the hysteretic basic theory construction, the difficuhy of attribution of organization and management and the unsatisfied member enterprise＇s needs. The innovation mechanisms for sustainable development of vocational education group mainly contain project-leading mechanism, fair competition mechanism and decision-making information collection mechanism.
