摘 要:综观英国职业教育的历史发展过程,政府和市场呈现出此消彼长的对立关系。一旦市场失灵,政府就进行干预;政府干预出现问题,就又求助于市场,但市场和政府之间的博弈始终未能实现职业教育的良性发展。鉴于此,应该加强政府的服务职能,协调利益相关者的利益冲突,为各个利益相关者的合作提供制度激励,从而建立职业教育利益相关者的合作模式,实现技能供需的平衡。In the reform of vocation education in the UK, the relationship between market and government manifest the adversarial trend, as one falls, and another rises. Once the market appears failure, the government must intervenes; when the problems arises in intervention, the government would fall back on market again. However, the gaming between market and government hasn't promoted the effective development of vocational education. The lessons of the UK show that, the government should try to build cooperation between stakeholders and realize the balance between skills supply and demand by strengthening its serving function, harmonizing the benefit conflicts between different stakeholders and providing systematic inspiration for the cooperation of stakeholders.
