摘　　要：高职院校学生具有自身的特点,班级集体建设也受到多方面因素的影响,学生对班级集体建设有直接的关系,同时也对辅导员的工作任务和自身素质提出了更高的要求。本文对高职院校班级集体建设进行了研究和探索,期望通过本文的写作,为当前的班级集体建设工作提供有益的借鉴。Higher vocational college students have their own characteristics, which directly affect class construction and pro- pose higher requirements for counselors＇s work. This paper re- searches and explores class construction of higher vocational col- leges, aiming to provide some beneficial references for class construction.
