摘　　要：从时代的呼唤、教育的任务、学生的需要等方面论述高师加强学生创新精神和创新能力培养的必要性 ;从教育观念、教学、管理体制等方面分析目前高师培养学生创新精神和创新能力遇到的主要障碍 。This paper discusses the necessity to foster the spirit and ability of creativeness of college students based on the appeal of the times,the task of education and the needs of students.It analyses the main obstacles in the process of fostering the spirit and ability of creativeness from the aspects of educational ideas,teaching and administrative system and also points out the basic solution in view of this situation.
