摘　　要：CDIO理念是"做中学"和"基于项目教育和学习"的集中概括与抽象表达.CDIO理念校企合作实践教学中的应用,能提高学生的职业能力和交流沟通能力、团队协作能力及创新发展能力等.以浙江水利水电专科学校"和诚汽车班"实践教学的实施过程为例,分析实践教学计划的确定、实践教学模式的创新、实践教学过程的实施、实践教学场所的设计等环节与CDIO理念的融合.CDIO concept is the concentrated generalization and abstract expression of ＂learning by doing＂ and ＂ project- based education and learning＂ , which is the reform direction of China＇s personnel training mode. The concept of CDI0 is applied in the school-enterprise cooperation and He-Cheng Class practice teaching, aiming at improving the students＇ occu- pation ability and communication ability, team cooperation ability and innovation ability. It is applied in the practice teach- ing process of He-Cheng Class in Zhejiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower College in the aspects of teaching plan de- sign, teaching model innovation and teaching space design.
