摘　　要：加强对生物分离工程综合实验的设计,是强化学生系统性认知能力、工程能力的重要环节。根据现代生物分离工程的特点,以天花粉蛋白为模型,提出了其提取、分离和纯度检测的操作单元及相应的实验内容,并应用于研究生的实验教学,达到了预期的设计要求。To strengthen the design of integrated bio-separation experiment is to enhance the systemic comprehensive activity and practical ability of students.According to the characteristics of modern bio-separation engineering,taking trichosanthin as model,this paper puts forward the operation units including extracting,separation and detecting the purity and the related contents.The experimental system is introduced to train the graduate in course of 'Advanced Bio-separation Engineering' for the 2010 and 2011 graduates and the desired results have been obtained.
