摘  要:通过平行试验以番茄红素的产量为评价指标,在各影响因素合理取值范围内找到番茄红素最佳得率及其对应的最佳发酵条件。得到的最优发酵条件为最佳碳源和氮源分别为玉米粉和黄豆粉,正负菌接种比例为1∶10,发酵温度为27℃,发酵培养基pH值为7.5,发酵时间为120 h,发酵后的24 h添加发酵促进剂,发酵后的42 h添加发酵阻断剂,此条件下番茄红素的产量为1.24 g.L-1。The parallel test that was assessed by the Lycopene output, was adopted to screen the optimal yield from the equitable extent of various influencing factors and these corresponding optimal fermentation conditions. The best carbon source and the nitrogen source were corn meal and soybean meal respectively, positive and negative bacteria inoculated ratio was 1:10, fermentation temperature,fermentation time and fermentation medium pH value were 27 ℃ ,7.5 and 120 h respectively. In the meantime, fermentation accelerator and fermentation blockers were added in after fermentation 24 h and 42 h in order. In these conditions, the lycopene output were 1.24 g·L-1.
