摘　　要：就业能力培养是一项系统工程，只有通过建立完善的培养体系，加强师资队伍，在学校以及学生本人的共同努力下，才能取得实效．Employability training is system engineering. This will be achieved only by establishing the perfect training system, strengthening the ranks of teachers, and under the joint efforts from the college and the students themselves.
