摘  要:我国几所部属的重点师范大学相继成立"教育学部",对此很有必要反思一下先以日本为模式创办的师范教育。历经百余年的师范教育是在模仿或学习主要发达国家的经验,但并没有像日本那样因时代变革而更改名称及其性质。作为日本第一所师范学校、又是面向21世纪教师教育样板的筑波大学,其141年的发展历程记载着日本型师范教育→教师教育→学科群建设的沧桑演变及其经验缺失,值得借镜。The key normal universities affiliated to the Ministry of Education (MOE) in China have set up their "Faculty of Education" in succession. The normal education that is established on the basis of the Japanese model should be reflected. Over the hundred years, normal education has been imitating and learning the experience of the major developed countries, but unlike that of Japan, our country' s normal education has not changed its name and nature for ages. University of Tsukuba is the first normal university in Japan and the model of the 21st century' s teacher education. Her 141 years' development history has recor- ded the vicissitude from normal education of Japanese model to teacher education, and then to subject group construction, which is worthy of our reference.
