摘　　要：少数民族非物质文化遗产是少数民族历史文化的载体,是少数民族文化的精神表现,是国家和民族的文化财富。少数民族非物质文化遗产博大精深,是一种特殊的、不可再生的、不可替代的宝贵精神财富,在其历史发展和教育传承过程中形成了自身的价值特征。Intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities is the carrier of history and culture of ethnic groups,spiritual expression of ethnic culture,and cultural wealth of the whole Chinese Nation.This precious spiritual wealth is non-renewable and non-substitutable and has formed its value characteristics in historic development and educational inheritance.
