摘　　要：对高师化学课程设置存在的一些问题进行了分析。结合当前学科的特点,从教学内容、教学方法、实验教学等方面去提高学生的实验能力和科研素质。建立了符合高师院校特点的新体系,通过多种渠道提高师范生就业能力,为科研工作和未来的职业发展打下了坚实的基础。Some common problems were analyzed in college chemistry curriculum. According to the characteristics of the college chemistry curriculum, some notions on the rearrangement of teaching content, the conducting methods and experiment teaching were discussed to improve the ability of experimental and scientific research. The new curriculum system was established, college students employment ability bad been improved through various channels, which will be favorable for the future sciantific research work and career development.
