摘　　要："教学做合一"作为陶行知教育理念的核心,也为今天高职人才培养模式的改革探索提供了重要理论.启发。在高职教育蓬勃发展的背景下,建构"教学做合一"的高职人才培养模式,重点要从人才培养目标、师资队伍、课程体系、实训基地、教学质量监控与评价体系等五个方面着手,开展人才培养模式的理论构建与实施。As the core of Tao Xingzhi education concept, teaching-learning-doing provides the important theory enlightenment for the reform of higher vocational talents＇ cultivating mode. Under the background of developing higher vocational education vigorously, it constructs ＂teaching-learning-doing integration＂ higher vocational talents＇ training mode, starting from five aspects to develop the theory construction and implementation of talents＇ cultivating mode, including talents＇ training goal, teaching staff, curriculum system, practical system, practical training base, teaching quality monitoring and evaluating system.
