摘　　要：从高职软件服务外包人才工程能力缺失的现状出发,引入CDIO工程教育理念,以职业导向、能力本位为依据,重组、整合课程教学内容,突出岗位能力与职业素质的培养,设计出适合软件服务外包人才的"1CP+3PP"的工程能力训练体系,并进行实施。From the status of vocational capacity of software service outsourcing projects such as lack of analysis of starting,we should introduce the idea of career-oriented and competency-based,restructure and integrate teaching content,strengthen the cultivation of post ability and professional quality,design and implement a training system of＂1CP＋3PP＂ of engineering ability for the cultivation of software service outsourcing talents.
