摘 要:研究异步电机矢量控制系统的性能优化问题。异步电机具有多变量,非线性,强耦合特性。针对控制系统采用经典PID控制器时出现的速度响应慢,超调大,抗干扰性能差,提出了一种采用Anti-Windup控制和扰动观测器控制的复合控制方法,来抑制积分饱和现象,可保证系统出现饱和时,能尽快的退饱和,同时利用扰动观测器对系统的干扰进行估计和补偿。仿真结果表明,改进算法能很好地解决调速系统的超调问题,加快速度响应,同时增强了系统的抗干扰性能,可以使调速系统的性能得以优化。This paper studied asynchronous motor control system optimization problems. AC motor has the charac- teristics of multivariate, nonlinear and strong coupling. When the control system uses classic PID controller, some de- fects may appear, such as slow speed response, big overshoot, and poor anti -jamming performance. This paper presented a new method based on Anti - Windup and Disturbance Observer. The controller uses Anti - Windup to re- strain integral saturation phenomenon, ensuring that when the system saturation appears, it can come to the back - saturated as soon as possible. At the same time, the Disturbance Observer estimates the interference of the system and then compensates the system. The simulation results show that this algorithm can be used to solve the over shoot problem of the system, fasten speed response and also enhance anti - jamming performance. The performance of speed regulation system had been optimized.
