摘  要:为了实现煮糖过程糖液过饱和度的在线检测,研发了一套糖液过饱和度在线软测量系统,系统包含硬件部分和软件部分,并通过基于支持向量机的软测量方法实现糖液过饱和度的测量,利用组态软件的外部程序接口DBcom组件完成过饱和度在线测量模块与软件系统的实时数据交互,从而实现煮糖过程糖液过饱和度参数的在线软测量。在自主研发的煮糖过程综合实验平台进行实验验证,其软测量值与实际值平均相对误差为0.85%,误差平方和为0.009 6。该在线软测量系统具有可操作性,性能稳定,准确性和可靠性高,对改善国内制糖企业煮糖工段自动化水平具有重要意义。In order to achieve online measurement of supersaturation of syrup in sugar boiling process, an online soft measurement system for supersaturation of syrup was developed. The system consists of hardware and software, which realizes the measurement of supersaturation of syrup by the soft measurement based on support vector machine. The external program interface component, the DBcom, of the configuration software was used to complete the real-time data exchange between the supersaturation online measurement module and the software system to achieve the online soft meas- urement of parameters of suger supersaturation in syrup in sugar boiling process. The system was vali- dated by a test on a self-developed comprehensive experiment platform of suger boiling process. It was found that the average relative error was 0.85% and error sum of squares was 0. 009 6. The re- suits show that this online soft measurement system is it is of significance in elevating the automation level enterprises. operatable, stable, accurate and reliable, and of the sugar boiling section in domestic sugar
