摘 要:建立了静态顶空气相色谱法同时测定李果实乙醇、乙醛含量的方法,适宜的样品顶空气体制备条件为65℃保温平衡30 min,可获得良好的分离效果和线性关系。在样品中添加氯化钠分别使乙醇、乙醛的测定响应值提高了40.6%和50.5%。该方法的乙醇、乙醛最低检出浓度分别为0.641μg/mL和0.825μg/mL,相对标准偏差分别为1.08%和1.79%,平均回收率分别为98.6%和95.5%。利用该方法检测表明,贮藏过程中李果实组织中乙醇、乙醛分别增加了61%和110.9%。A Static Head-Space Gas Chromatography method was established to simultaneously determine contents of ethanol and acetaldehyde in plum fruit. The optimal heating conditions for headspace atmosphere preparation were 65℃ for 30 min to obtain a good separation and linear equation. Adding NaC1 into sample preparation increased responding values of ethanol and acetaldehyde in the Gas Chromatography by 40.6 % and 50.5 %, respectively. The minimum detectable concentrations of ethanol and acetaldehyde were 0.641 μg/mL and 0.825 μg/mL by using this determining method, relative standard deviation 1.08 % and 1.79 %, average rate of recovery 98.6 % and 95.5 %, respectively. Furthermore, results from the determinations with the method indicated that contents of ethanol and acetaldehyde in the plum fruit after storage increased by 61% and 110.9 %, respectively, compared to those before storage.
