微格教学在师范生培养中的作用

摘　　要：通过对现代高校师范类学生培养过程中存在的弊端进行了分析,结合微格教学的诸多特点,论述了微格教学在师范生培养过程中所发挥的作用以及地位。通过微格教学的介绍,使更多的教师和学生认识、接受和使用这种教学手段,提升师范生的教育教学技术水平,为他们将来走上社会打下坚实的基础,从而促进我国教育事业的繁荣发展。The disadvantages existed in the teaching process of the students in modem normal colleges were ana- lyzed. Based on the characteristics of microteaching, the role microteaching on the normal students＇ training was dis- cussed. Through the introduction of microteaching, more and more teachers and students can understand, accept and use this teaching mean, so that it can enhance the teaching level of normal students and lay a solid foundation on their way to society, which can promote the prosperous development of education in our country.
