摘　　要：当前我国专业学位硕士研究生教育正处于探索阶段,并已成为我国研究生教育的重要组成部分。从目前全日制专业学位硕士研究生的培养现状来看,主要存在重视理论知识传授,忽视实践能力培养,教材体系建设缺乏整体规划,学位论文缺乏应用价值等问题。因此,吸引优秀本科毕业生报考专业学位研究生,构建知识结构合理的网络化教材体系,制定科学的专业学位论文评价体系,提高导师的专业化水平等是全日制专业学位硕士研究生教育可持续发展的关键所在。Although professional degree graduate education is still in the exploratory stage,it has become an important part of graduate education in china.Even so,many problems still exist in the cultivation program,such as paying excessive attention to the teaching of theoretical knowledge,neglecting the students＇ practice ability, the lack of overall planning in the construction of the teaching material system and the degree theses＇ lack of application value.Therefore,the key to the sustainable development of professional degree graduate education is to attract top students to apply for professional degree program,to construct a teaching material system with a reasonable knowledge structure,to establish a scientific professional degree thesis evaluation system and to improve the professional level of supervisors.
