摘  要:"合作共赢"发展是教师教育改革发展的现实要求,是实现教师教育一体化的有效形式,是教师教育发展的创新平台。钦州学院通过钦州市教师教育共同体的建立,进行"合作共赢"发展教师教育,坚守教师教育特色的实践探索。通过建立健全制度和机制、不断完善发展教师教育合作共同体的功能、巩固发展顶岗实习置换培训等双边活动、拓展合作交流活动项目等策略措施,促进教师教育发展。Win- Win cooperation is the realistic requirement of teacher education reform and development,is the effective form of realizing the integration of teacher education, the development of teacher education is the innovation platform. Qinzhou Universi- ty through the establishment of "Qinzhou teacher education cooperative community" to develop teacher education,adhere to the win-win cooperation practice and exploration of the characteristics of teacher education; through the establishment of a sound system and mechanism to improve the development of "teacher education cooperative community" function, consolidate and develop the "Internship training exchange" and other bilateral activities,expand the project cooperation activities and other measures, to promote the development of teacher education.
