摘　　要：教师双师素质的提升是高职院校师资队伍建设面临的重要任务。从高职院校教师双师素质提升的目标定位出发,针对目前高职院校在提升教师双师素质中面临的诸多问题,提出通过激发教师动力、做好系统规划、协调各主体间关系、形成文化自觉,实现高职院校教师双师素质的提升。Improving the teachers＇ dual competences in academia and industry is an important task in the construction of the teacher team in higher vocational colleges. From its target location, aiming at the problems existed at present, it proposed that the teachers＇ dual competences in academia and industry in higher vocational colleges should be improved through inspiring teachers＇ motivation, making a system planning, coordinating the relationship among the subjects and forming the cultural awareness.
