摘　　要：利用极小阶反例,研究了λ-可补充的极小子群对有限群结构的影响,对群的p-幂零性给出了一些新的刻画.The influence of λ -supplemented minimal subgroups on the structure of finite groups is discussed in this paper by considering the minimal counterexamples, and some new characterizations of p-nilpotency of groups are obtained.
