摘　　要：针对目前大量CAI教学系统忽视素质教育的状况,文章提出了在CAI系统中如何贯彻素质教育的CAI系统设计理论基础,提出了CAI教学系统从素质教育角度应具备的基本特点,以及指出了目前CAI教学系统的突出问题和解决建议.Aiming at the situation that large quantity of the CAI systems neglect quality education, this article puts forward the basic design theory of quality education in CAI system, and the characters that CAI system should possess in terms of quality education, and raises the main problems and suggestions of solution of the present CAI systems．
